This lightweight 10” x 12” Type III has been successfully tested under the NIJ 0101.06 body armor standard.
The Delta 3 Plus is a Single Curve plate that fits the body comfortably and is tested against various special threats.
This plate was specially designed for US Law Enforcement officers offering protection from standard NIJ Level III (7.62×51 M80 – 308) projectiles as well as 7.62×39 MSC (AK) and 5.56 x 45 SS109 (aka Green Tip) bullets.
