Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, customer and industry requirements are considered, enabling further vital development and research.
Following this, when specifications are verified, the design team creates a draft pattern. This pattern is continually evolved and evaluated from the design and engineering teams, then ultimately verified by management, before moving forward to the prototype phase.

After a final prototype is agreed upon, through the same channels as the draft pattern, with client approval, the prototype is then finalised. Previous versions which had superseded will be archived, and the final design information will be recorded.
