Mamba Disrupter System
The Mamba is a simple lightweight Midi Disrupter with a 100ml capacity. It is designed for a close-up disruptor shot using either water or elastomer.
It is manufactured in a high tensile tempered stainless steel. Mamba uses 50 Cal Electric Cartridge ( CSL 50 CAL MP), the same cartridge as use in the CSL Viper Recoilless Disrupter System.

PENETRATOR
The Penetrator is a cone shaped module made from Polycarbonate with a stainless steel tip and is fitted with an ‘O’ Ring. The Penetrator fits into the end of the Barrel acting as a water seal. The Penetrator is used to achieve an entry hole in the side wall of metal enclosures including fire extinguishers.
CAP CLOSURE
This is a lightweight PE Closure Cap, which is used to seal in the water column inside the Water Barrel at the Choked Muzzle when attacking soft to medium enclosures.
PISTON 30MM
This is a lightweight PE Piston designed to obturate the gas propelling the water column. It can be positioned to contain 60, 100 or 150ml of water in order to achieve a lighter disruption with high follow on gas or a heavy disruption.
DISRUPTER LONG STAND-OFF
PROJECTILE – FRANGIBLE CLAY This is a 150g Projectile comprising an HDPE one piece piston-carrier filled with refined china clay. This is fired through the 30mm rifled barrel which causes the projectile to spin thereby considerably enhancing accuracy for long stand-off shot out to 30 metres and beyond. The projectile can be used against a wide variery of IED targets. It can also be used for punching through car doors and windows to hit an IED on the inside of the vehicle. It is also extremely effective for taking out the locks on doors to enable rapid entry etc.
PROJECTILE – FRANGIBLE CERAMIC
This is a 150g projectile comprising an HDPE one piece piston-carrier filled with alumina balls and powder. This is fired through the 30mm rifled barrel which causes the projectile to spin thereby considerably enhancing accuracy for long stand-off
shots out to 30 metres and beyond. The projectile is also mass and drag stabilised.
The projectile is designed to be used against IEDs with heavier metal enclosures such as pressure cookers and fire extinguishers etc. It can also be used to punch through vehicle doors and other panels to take out an IED inside a vehicle. It is also extremely effective for taking out the locks on very heavy doors to enable breaching / rapid entry etc.

PROJECTILE – PLAIN SLUG
This is a 50g steel slug bonded to an HDPE carrier. The projectile can be used in specific applications such as de capping a hand grenade or against other small sub munitions.
BATON PROJECTILE
This is a 60g spin stabilised HDPE baton round. The projectile is designed for various applications such as de-capping pipe bombs and window breaking etc. Stand-off – 0.10 to 30m
WIRE CUTTER PROJECTILE
This is a 60g spin stabilised stainless steel core cutter bonded to an HDPE carrier. The projectile is designed for cutting a cable/s in an exposed IED. Stand-off – 0.10 to 15m
CORE CUTTER / CHISEL PROJECTILE
This is a 100g spin stabilised stainless steel core chisel bonded to an HDPE carrier. The projectile is designed for cutting heavy cables, parts of metal targets including sub-munitions and some UXB fuses and for creating an access hole through for example doors and metal panels. Stand-off – 0.10 to 30m
PISTON ANNULAR (COMMON TO MAMBA, VIPER & VULKAN)
The Piston Annular is designed to obturate the gas behind the annular water column in the compensator. It is manufactured from HDPE. It has flared peripheries to ensure a good water and gas sealing inside the compensator.
CAP CLOSURE ANNULAR (COMMON TO MAMBA, VIPER & VULKAN)
The Cap Closure Annular fits into the back of the Capture Gate to seal the water in the compensator.
CARTRIDGE LEADLESS ELECTRIC
CSL 50 CAL MP The Leadless Electric 50 Cal Cartridge (CSL 50 Cal MP – Medium Pressure) is a blank power cartridge designed for use in the CSL Viper Disrupter system. The one cartridge type is used in all configurations. Classification – UN 0323 Class 1.4S Cartridges Power Device. Approved for shipment as freight on passenger aircraft.
