JUKA4 – 4 Channel Exploder
The JUKA-4 is four channel high-energy electronic initiator. All four channels may be fired simultaneously or in groups as selected by user.
The unit’s robust and water-resistant aluminum enclosure enables it to be used in harsh environments. The unit is easy to operate and has extensive safety features and interlocks. Designed as a military device for infantry, engineer, EOD and IEDD use, it is also ideal for commercial demolition and excavation applications wherever electric detonators are used.

- Unit will only trigger if ARM button is depressed, the firing capacitor is charged to correct voltage, the firing circuit resistance is less than 400 ohm and the TRIGGER button is depressed.
- Inadvertent firing is almost impossible because of recessed spring-loaded controls.
- Requires two controls to be depressed simultaneously and in the correct sequence for firing.
- The JUKA-4 has an inhibit circuit to check that the total load is less than 400 ohms.

ARM Switch: Primes the selected channels, the Channel LED turn Red to indicate that the channel is armed (voltage exceeds 380 V).
TRIGGER button: Fire the selected channels if they are armed and Arm switch is still pressed.
SELECT Switch 1 to 4: To Select channels for all functions.
To fire the initiator: the ARM button must arm the selected channels and then the TRIGGER button will fire the selected channels.
