Over the years, the government of Tunisia have bought their Body Armor from various non-EU / US manufacturers. They experienced huge problems with test failures and batch rejections. We were lucky to win small contracts with the Tunisian Special Forces and their Presidential Guards. The performance of our items sparked interest in our products, and we were invited to participate in the Global Tender for Body Armor Vests, Plate Carriers and Plates in 2020. We were chosen as the preferred bidder. In 2022 we delivered over 15,000 Vests and 30,000 plates to the Tunisian MOI. Their delegation visited our factories here and physically inspected the goods for over 4 days. Then they travelled to USA to an NIJ accredited laboratory to witness the ballistic tests on their chosen samples. The process was intensive but a success. All items are currently in service with the Tunisian Defence Forces.
